This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures for the delivery of products from www.rosaya.in. As each product is specially made and stitched to your specifications, the delivery timeline includes both production and transit time.

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Stitching

 

  • Every item is crafted and stitched with care specifically for you after an order is placed. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and perfect fit based on your requirements.

  • We do not stock pre-made items. Therefore, the time to prepare your order for shipping will be longer than for a ready-to-ship product.

 

Production & Dispatch Time

 

  • All orders are subject to a production and quality check period of 10-15 business days from the date the order is confirmed. This time is required for tailoring, stitching, and finishing your customized garment.

  • Once your item is ready, it will be dispatched from our warehouse. You will then receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

Estimated Total Delivery Time

 

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the production time and the shipping time.

  • For orders within India: 15-20 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • For International orders: 18-25 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or delays from our courier partners.

 

Shipping within India

 

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders delivered within India. A nominal shipping fee of ₹100 may be applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Couriers: We partner with leading courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our primary shipping partners include [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc.].

 

International Shipping

 

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. All international orders are prepaid.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
